The Foundation promotes multidisciplinary artistic practices, especially the dialogue between visual arts and crafts.

On Thursday, September 8, come discover the exhibition ??????????é (Arabic for « construction site ») curated by ???????????? ???????????? which invites us through architecture and visual arts to question our relationship to time as a witness to our passage on earth.

The exhibition revolves around the personal story of ???????? ??????????????, an architect originally from Beirut, who was invited to create an immersive device in bricks from local production, where architecture is thought of as « a permanent relationship to history, to the vestiges of the past and to the subsoil ».
Two contemporary artists accompany his research: the Lithuanian artist ?????????????? Š????????????????é appears as an intermediary between nature and technology, between humanoid and non-humanoid creatures. The immersive video and soundscape « ???????????? ???????????? » confronts disused structures shrouded in myth, marked by decadence, particularly here with a mermaid figure playing a counter-myth role. His work gives the impression of exploring these sunken cities with a retro-futuristic vision of our planet in which the human race would have disappeared and nature took over.
???????? ????????????????, a French artist of Moroccan descent, recovers blueprints of Islamic geometric designs and deconstructs them to create new forms: a geometric alphabet. In this process, she is inspired by architectures, Arabic writing or Berber symbols from crafts and creates watercolors, pieces of sky.
