On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the museum invites visitors to discover the story of Max Fuchs, a Jewish man born in nowadays Poland who went into hiding in Brussels during the Second World War, and to learn how Fuch’s personal documents and photos from this period recently became part of the House of European History’s collection. The museum team will give a tour highlighting such personal stories, some tragic and some more hopeful, as displayed in the exhibition.
Guided tour in French and English at 17.30, followed at 18.30 by a panel discussion on Saving lives during the Second World War.
